View Current Plan

Go to Settings → Billing or say:

Upgrade

Upgrade to Pro
Show me Premium features

Downgrade

Downgrade to Free

Note: Downgrading may disable features like DCA plans or additional exchange connections. Existing data is preserved.

Payment Methods

Adding Payment Method

  1. Go to Settings → Billing → Payment Methods
  2. Click “Add Payment Method”
  3. Enter card details
  4. Click “Save”

Supported Methods

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
  • PayPal (select regions)

Updating Payment Method

Update my payment method

Billing History

View Invoices

  1. Go to Settings → Billing → History
  2. Click on any invoice to download

Or say:

Download my January invoice

Usage Statistics

AI Usage

Show my AI usage

View:

  • Messages sent this month
  • AI tokens used
  • Remaining allowance (if applicable)

Trading Activity

Show my trading volume this month

Cancellation

Cancel Subscription

Cancel my subscription

Or go to Settings → Billing → Cancel Plan

Cancellation Policy:

  • Your plan remains active until the end of the billing period
  • You can resubscribe anytime
  • Export your data before canceling if needed

FAQ

When am I charged?

On the same date each month as your original subscription.

Can I get a refund?

Contact support for refund requests within 14 days of charge.

What happens if payment fails?

  • First failure: We retry in 3 days
  • Second failure: Account downgraded to Free
  • You can update payment method anytime to restore
