Is Mayson free to use?

Mayson offers a free tier with:

  • Paper trading (unlimited)
  • Basic market data
  • Limited AI conversations

For unlimited trading, full AI features, and exchange connections, see our paid plans.

What exchanges does Mayson support?

Currently supported:

Can I use Mayson without connecting an exchange?

Yes! You can:

  • Use paper trading with virtual money
  • Get market prices and research
  • Set price alerts
  • Learn about trading

An exchange is only needed for real trading.

How do I reset my password?

  1. Go to the login page
  2. Click “Forgot Password”
  3. Enter your email
  4. Check for reset link
  5. Create new password

Trading

What’s the minimum trade size?

Minimum trade sizes depend on your exchange:

  • Binance: ~$10 minimum
  • Bybit: ~$10 minimum
  • Coinbase: ~$1 minimum

How fast are trades executed?

Mayson executes trades within seconds of confirmation:

  1. You confirm the trade
  2. Mayson sends to exchange
  3. Exchange processes (usually under 1 second)
  4. You see confirmation

Total time: typically under 5 seconds.

Can Mayson trade 24/7?

Yes! Mayson is available 24/7:

  • DCA plans execute automatically at scheduled times
  • Autonomous mode trades without your presence
  • Price alerts trigger anytime

In Co-Pilot mode, trades require your confirmation, so they execute when you’re active.

What happens if my order fails?

Mayson handles failures gracefully:

  1. You’re notified immediately
  2. Reason for failure explained
  3. Suggestions for resolution
  4. Option to retry

Common reasons:

  • Insufficient balance
  • Exchange maintenance
  • Network issues

Can I trade stocks with Mayson?

Security

Is my money safe?

Your funds stay on your exchange. Mayson never holds your money.

Safety measures:

  • API keys without withdrawal permission
  • Encrypted storage (AES-256)
  • No direct fund access

Who can see my API keys?

Nobody can see them in plain text.

  • Keys are encrypted before storage
  • Staff cannot decrypt them
  • Only automated systems use them temporarily
  • Full audit logging of all access

What if Mayson makes a mistake?

In Co-Pilot mode: Every trade requires your approval, so you can catch mistakes before execution.

In Autonomous mode: Safety limits prevent catastrophic errors:

  • Max trade size limits
  • Daily trading limits
  • Automatic stop-losses
  • Position concentration limits

If you believe an error occurred, contact support immediately.

Can Mayson withdraw my funds?

No. We explicitly don’t use withdrawal permissions, and recommend you never enable them on your API keys.

Even if your API key had withdrawal permission, Mayson’s system is programmed to never execute withdrawals.


Billing

What payment methods do you accept?

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
  • PayPal (select regions)

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes! Cancel your subscription anytime:

  • No cancellation fees
  • Access continues until billing period ends
  • Resubscribe anytime

Do you offer refunds?

We offer refunds within 14 days of purchase if:

  • Service didn’t meet expectations
  • Technical issues prevented usage
  • Accidental subscription

Why isn’t my exchange connecting?

Common issues:

Try these steps:

  1. Refresh data: “Sync my portfolio”
  2. Check exchange: Verify balance directly on exchange
  3. Clear cache: “Reset my portfolio cache”
  4. Check all exchanges: If multiple connected, ensure viewing combined view

If still incorrect, contact support with:

  • Screenshot of Mayson balance
  • Screenshot of exchange balance
  • Approximate discrepancy

Can I use Mayson on mobile?

Yes! Mayson is available on:

  • Web: Any browser on mobile
  • iOS App: Coming soon
  • Android App: Coming soon

The web app is fully responsive and works great on mobile devices.

Does Mayson work with VPN?

Yes, but some exchanges may flag VPN IPs.

If you use a VPN:

  • Connection may be slower
  • Some exchanges may block certain IPs
  • OAuth login may require additional verification

What browsers are supported?

Mayson works on all modern browsers:

  • Chrome (recommended)
  • Firefox
  • Safari
  • Edge

Internet Explorer is not supported.


Paper Trading

Can I reset my paper portfolio?

Yes! Say:

Reset my paper portfolio

This resets your virtual balance to $10,000.

Does paper trading affect my real portfolio?

No. Paper trading is completely separate:

  • Uses virtual money ($10,000 starting)
  • Executes at real prices
  • Doesn’t touch your exchange accounts
  • No real orders placed

Can I have both paper and real portfolios?

Yes! You can:

  • View paper portfolio: “Show my paper portfolio”
  • View real portfolio: “Show my real portfolio”
  • Compare both: “Compare my portfolios”
